Suit Yourself Saturday- Jeffrey R. Holland
Today and tomorrow is General Conference. I am SO excited! I have a favorite apostle, Jeffrey R. Holland. I am excited to hear him, and the other apostles, speak this weekend. Below is a quote by him from on of his previous GC talks:
My thanks go to all you wonderful members of the [LDS] Church — and legions of good people not of our faith — for proving every day of your life that the pure love of Christ “never faileth.” We know how good the human heart can be because we know you. No one of you is a small or insignificant thing, in part because you make the Gospel of Jesus Christ was it is — a living reminder of His grace and mercy.

I am also eager to hear what the prophet has to say. Times are getting more troubled, and I find myself yearning to hear comforting words from our prophet. The Lord has said that He will do nothing save He revealeth it to His prophets first. How comforting and inspiring that is.
Yay for conference!
