Again it's comforting to see the consistency throughout time. There are prerequisites to baptism, an obligation after. Repentance, broken heart and contrite spirit, being baptized and cleansed by the power of the Holy Ghost, meeting together oft, being conducted by the church with much singing and spirit. Yep- sounds like the church today :)
