Again, this is another witness to me that this is His church- that Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ are the same yesterday and today. That means they will be the same tomorrow, too. That, to me, is extremely comforting.

I appreciate that the sacrament is a weekly, physical reminder of the Atonement. Sometimes it is easy to get caught up in my thoughts, or used to be trying to keep the kids quiet, that I don't appreciate the magnitude of taking the Sacrament. It's something that I am working on. These two chapters are just another reminder of it's importance.
