Below CHAPTER 54 I have written "Meek is not weak." Often times the world sees those who are patient, kind, understanding forgiving and so forth as weak. Young girls are looking up to artists like Pink or Lady Gaga, who don't care what any one thinks, who does what they want and speaks their mind. They say this they are strong women. But they are not.
Moroni was not weak, but he was meek. He offered many times to let the Lamanites escape death if they would have just given them their word they would not return again. He was in control of his emotions, never acting out of revenge or hatred.
In his letter to Ammoron, Moroni shows meekness and mercy, yet he makes it very clear what is at stake if they do no back down. He was a man of strength and integrity.
