I was watching a video on You tube "Why I hate religion(But love Jesus)... It's one of those passionate "spoken word" poems where the young man gives a powerful testimony of how Christ has changed his life. While I don't necessarily agree with all of his points, I was definitely touched by his message.
I have been noticing more and more how there is an ever increasing divide between those who are searching for and trying to live a Christ centered life and those who are not. The climate we live in is the epitome of Lamanites and Nephites and all the examples of the two can be seen every day around us. ... and you don't need to look hard at all to see it.
You probably all get the Ensign magazine, but I really loved one of the talks in this months issue that talked about how we need to stop caring about what the people around us think of us, and look up to Heavenly Father and care more about what he thinks of us. For it is what he thinks of us that is really important.
