I appreciate the example that Mosiah was, that of a strong father to his sons. I believe, as wives and mothers, we can always do more to support the men in our lives to be stronger leaders. Not in correction, but in encouragement.
The results of sin are stated in vs 17. What a wonderful parenting pattern in this chapter. in vs 6 & 7 both say, I would that ye should remember. A great reminder for me especially after general conference. I am still digesting, relistening excited about the council we received. My favorite vs in this chapter is vs , "And now there was no more contention in dmba land....king Benjamin had continual peace all the remainder of good days. This is my payer & desire, to live in peace & safety with my loved ones...especially in these days!
