Jacob 6

I will be out of town this week. I'm still reading, but my posting here will be sparse!

I have grown to love Jacob, and will miss his love of Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ, as is apparent in verse 4.  He truly understood the Plan of Salvation, the Gospel and the nature of God and our Savior.

QUESTION: What did Jacob mean is the pleasing bar of God, as in verse 13?

Comments

  1. Three bat will be pleasing for those who have repented . What a kind, hopeful prophet!
My favorite vs in this chapter is 12; "oh be wise; what can I say more?". I'm going to post that around my house, quote it to myself & my kids.

    Have great vacation!

  2. My focus was the same as Kristine's. "Be wise" is something I say to my kids all the time. If we are using wisdom, it's pretty hard to get into much trouble.

As far as the pleasing bar of God, if we do what we are supposed to, then meeting the Lord at the judgement (I think of the judgement bar in a court room) then things will be well with us. Pleasing = good.
